[hylafax-users] FaxCover Example

I've been searching through the documentations and FAQs.  Sine that did not
help me much, was wondering if anyone out there has an example of a post
script faxcover sheet that i can look at for an example.  I may even end up
using that since i don't have any special preferences.  I just need a
generic faxcover.
