To reiterate the manual page's strident warning (which recent versions
of sendfax will also emit a blatter about): "-d *MUST* *GO* *LAST*.
Any other switch you use gets stored up until you parse a -d switch and
option. Alsways put your -d last, unless you're *really* smart. :-)
