Any particular reason why this system insists on faxing to non-fax 
machines and such?  Other than that, this looks fairly good.  Have you 
verified immediately after a "no carrier" or "no answer" by calling the 
number on a handheld that there is, indeed, a fax machine there 
answering?

Obviously there's a problem with the MT2384BAs and "RSPREC error/got 
DCN".

A total of 4 errors in 234.  That's not very bad at all, especially 
considering that the sender/receiver probably successfully got the fax 
on the retry.

So, what was the problem with Class 1 again?  It certainly seems that 
the Class 1 error ratio is not anywhere near the Class 2 ratio.
