[hylafax-users] faxrcvd error

Greetings All,

I just installed HylaFax and I can send/recieve fine, but faxes aren't
getting e-mailed to me automatically.  The error I get in syslog looks like
this:

Aug 15 08:04:34 <hostname> FaxGetty[215]: Error writing RECV accounting
record, dest=<MY-FAX-NUMBER>
Aug 15 08:04:38 <hostname> FaxGetty[215]: Bad exit status 043400 for
'bin/faxrcvd "recvq/fax00004.tif" "ttyS1" "00000047" "" "" ""'

If I run faxrcvd by hand, I get two e-mails - one with PDF attached, one
without.  My FaxDispatch looks like this:

#!/bin/sh

case "$DEVICE" in
ttyS1)  SENDTO=my@emailaddress.com; FILETYPE=pdf;;
esac

Any ideas?
