If sometimes you get a copy and sometime not on your machine, I'd say that 
your dialrules (or your sending script) are wrong and sometimes dial your 
fax machine instead of the remote machine. Look at the communication log 
for such a failed call and see whom you called. Also make sure your script 
(if any) does not generate CC faxes to your machine.
