I take it I can have ttySHCF[0-5]? :-)

That will be news from heaven...

I do see a few Connexant modems here relatively cheap but I cannot remember
exactly their chipset model so I cannot tell if they are HCF or HSF, I will
go check them out again tomorrow.

Would you be kind enough to share your configs and hacks that are not part
of the normal HylaFAX setup?

Anything I need to pay attention to in order to have a reliable send-only
environment?
