[hylafax-users] ..etc/dialrules will not used

  Hello, 
I try to send a fax over an ISDN-Card AVM v2. and Hylafax 4.1.2 
My Problem is that the file etc/dialrules will not be read. 
 
I tried to watch the process with 
strace -f -e trace=file -p 16256 > /tmp/hylafaxout16256 2>&1 
and found nothing with dialrules in it. 
 
Is this a bug or a feature?
