[hylafax-users] Coversheet problem.

Hello,

I've been trying to use a custom cover sheet for my faxes, but when I 
tried to send a fax using WHFC version 1.0.8 and the cover sheet found at 
http://www.ufs.org/faxcover.ps I recieve this email error:

Your facsimile job to 7068849968 was not sent because document conversion
to facsimile failed.  The output from the converter program was:

Error: /undefined in to-phone-number
...
---

The rest of the error message is at http://www.ufs.org/faxlog.txt.  I'd 
appreciate it if anyone could offer me any advice on how to make this 
work.  I made the postscript file using the make_faxcover script with an 
EPS file made in Tgif (if anyone wants this, let me know).
