[hylafax-users] have some problem with hylafax
Dear Sir,
Please help me to configuring the hylaxfax program. I want to
use hylafax to receiving fax and data.
I use Linux RedHat 7.2, hylafax 4.1.2, modem U.S Robotic 56K
FAX EXT
Right now, I receive data is OK, but fax sometime is OK,
sometime can't, it is depend on type of the fax machine. With the new fax
machine, it is OK. And with the old, It can't.
And it can't receive when they pick up the phone first
and listen the fax tone then they press Start button on fax machine. It have
error like this: ANSWER: Ring detected without successful
handshake
