Why is it that when I issue the "faxrm" command, I get the response ...

504 Cannot kill job: Operation not permitted.

I'm logged in a s "root".

I'm running HylaFAX4.1beta3 on SuSE Linux 7.1 Professional Kernel 2.4.0
