Look into ModemGroup and DestControls in the hylafax-config manpage and
also review the DestControls manpage.  You can use DestControls to specify
that Melbourne-bound faxes utilize a particular ModemGroup using the
"Modem" option in DestControls.

Note that you will need 4.1-release (or 4.1rc2) in order to utilize this
function.
