[hylafax-users] Faliure in Submitting job

Hello 	
   i am using HylaFAX server on RedHat linux 6.2
machine with a class 1 modem. i am able to send fax
using HylaFAX sendfax command. but i am not able to
send fax using java APIs (gnu.HylaFAX API s).
it says 
460 Failed to submit job 3 :Unspecified reason
(Scheduler NAK'd request) .

i connected to the server using default port
connection with a user and password (added using
faxadduser).i have supplied the job parameters -
maxmium trials , maximum dials , dialstring,from user,
notify address , file to be faxed .
what is the problem. ? plz help.
