Good, it seems that the default delay needs to be changed to 75 ms.

In T.31 a delay is recommended between "switching carrier direction of
transmission", but it doesn't specify a length for the delay.  So I came up
with 150 ms by testing between two HylaFAX systems.  Yours is the first
report of the default Class1SwitchingDelay being too long, but I had
suspected that it was already.
