[hylafax-users] Sedlbauer ISDN card

Greetings everyone,

we are playing with the relatively new Sedlbauer fax+ PCI ISDN card
and Hylafax, but with medium seccess only so far. I have searched the
mailing list archives without success and also sent a request for
support to Sedlbauer - so far I have not received an answer.

We use a RedHat 7.1 system and the Hylafax RPM version
hylafax-4.1-1rh7. Problems appear when trying to receive fax messages
from certain (old?) fax machines when the first page arrives cleanly
but transmission aborts after that. Session logs, some more system
info, kernel hisax module load messages etc. is appended.

Maybe somebody can help here? Can people confirm that this setup
(Sedlbauer / Hylafax) would regualrily work? Can someone with such a
setup send me a fax phone number so I could test if the old fax
machine I have also cannot send more than one page to this server or
if it works there?

Thanks for any comment,
Moritz Both
