[hylafax-users] faxing from certain senders to me fails, error no carrier!

Normal inboundfax:

May 15 09:35:09.53: [  827]: SESSION BEGIN 00000329 3589736020
May 15 09:35:09.54: [  827]: <-- [4:ATA\r]
May 15 09:35:20.06: [  827]: --> [5:+FCON]
May 15 09:35:20.06: [  827]: ANSWER: FAX CONNECTION
... and so on

but sometimes

May 10 09:37:47.11: [  827]: SESSION BEGIN 00000301 3589736020
May 10 09:37:47.12: [  827]: <-- [4:ATA\r]
May 10 09:37:52.16: [  827]: --> [10:NO CARRIER]
May 10 09:37:52.16: [ 827]: ANSWER: Ring detected without successful handshake
May 10 09:37:52.16: [  827]: SESSION END

what's wrong. My or remote fault? Only sertain senders machines.
