Ah, but you see... the RPM installs with default faxcron settings.

Take a look at:
/etc/cron.daily/hylafax
/etc/cron.hourly/hylafax

Which default to run faxqclean every hour and faxcron every day.

Interestingly enough, the default faxqclean command is:

/usr/sbin/faxqclean -a

Which attempts to use HylaFAX job archiving support, which is
non-functional.  See:
