Yes it was a flow control problem, and yes I had to enter a lot of
AT commands,but I leave them to default and just change the flow
control to rts/cts, but the ModemFlowControl was commented in 
config.ttyS1, I just decommented it and the ModemHardFlowCmd and
now it works !!
