[hylafax-users] One problematic user

I have created several users and added to the fax user group by addfaxuser.
One of users is not able to sent fax. Using WHFC there is always a message:

Failed to submit job 26: Unspecified reasons (scheduler NAK ' d request)

What can I do for this user is "normal" client as any other one?
