[hylafax-users] Create tty to send Fax (II)

Hello

To create a tty (ttyI2) for only send fax,I did two things ( but none goes ):
1.-
a) faxaddmodem ttyI2
b) Set 'RingsBeforeAnswer' to 0
b) introduce a 'faxgetty ttyI2' record in /etc/inittab
c) telinit q

2.-
a) cu -l ttyI2
b) faxmodem -c '(0,1),(0-5),(0-2),(0-2),0,0,0,(0-7)' ttyI2

But when I try sendfax -d 914087654 -n /etc/networks

The Busy signal detected appear and the job does not deliver
faxstat -s
JID  Pri S  Owner Number       Pages Dials     TTS Status
196  126 S   root 914087654     0:2   1:12   10:08 Busy signal detected

What Are I doing wrong ?
