[hylafax-users] Using ttyI* for HylaFax

Hi,

I’m trying to use HylaFax with Diva Serer 2M BRI ISDN card on SUSE Linux 7.0
distribution. I use ttyI interface for HylaFax to use ISDN. I have two major
problems.

1. When sending fax at one point HylaFax drops the connection and at the
receiving fax machine I get “Communication Error”. HylaFax Log follows.

2. When I try to receive fax on ttyI interface it seems to be negotiating
very first communication with the sending fax machine, i.e. I can see the
HylaFax fax id on sending fax machine. But after a little while the fax
machine disconnects and at the same time the Linux server get STUCK. (This
should not happen to a Linux machine!) I think there is something major
wrong with ISDN card drivers. HylaFax Log follows.

Mar 22 12:04:54.22: [ 612]: SESSION BEGIN 00000018 9474219124
Mar 22 12:04:54.22: [ 612]: <-- [4:ATA\r]

Thanks for any comments..
