It seems worthwhile to remind everyone at this point that the faxcovere
used by sendmail on the server resides on the *server*, but the one
used by the clients resides on that client -- that is, every client,
whether Unix or Windows, is using a *local copy* of the coversheet
file, unless you've made special networking arrangements.
