That is a short howto in english now,
As root, cd Office5x/bin
start ./spadmin
Select: add new Printer, choose GenericPrinter
Select Queue: fax_queue, connect
configure Faxdispatch 'sendfax -n -d(PHONE)(TMP)'
Save and send Testpage
