As long as your sendmail service allows relaying from wherever the Outlook client is (i.e, on the same LAN for example), it will just work (unless you've made it so it only relays locally from that machine).  As long as outlook is configured to use the same sendmail that has been edited for use with Hylafax, it should ust work.  Does for me.
