The domain 'fax' is a virtual domain for sendmail only. If you envoke faxmail on the
command-line ist would be
/usr/bin/faxmail -d harry@123456
or
/usr/bin/faxmail -d $RCPTTO         

You can also define additional Fax-Headers to pass commands to
faxmail, X-FAX-Command.
