Don't know exactly why this error occurs, got this failure with some
destinations too
I reduced the transmission speed and the scanline-time and disabled
the 2-DEncoding in the info file for the destination


in /var/spool/fax/info look for the info file e.g. 497117880599
edit the file doing the following:

&supports2DEncoding:no
&minScanlineTime:"20ms/10ms"
&maxSignallingRate:"4800" # or even try 2400

    -->the ampersand in the first column is important (tells hylafax NOT
to change this params)
