I'm running hylafax-4.1beta2-7rh6 on Redhat 6.2 with kernel 2.2.17 and 2.2.18pre23
I use the Speedfax + PCI (only FCLASS=1)

If you have time please test this, simply send an fax to a normal phone and directly hang up after ringing.
If this error does not happen to you show me please your config file.
