Most of us using US Robotics modems have been well converted by Harald and
Dmitry to use Class 1 rather than Class 2.0 because of some serious timing
issues that will creep in when running in Class 2.0.

Also, you really *should* *not* use no flow control (AT+FLO=0).  Change
that to something more appropriate.  Unless you have a tiff/hylafax version
conflict, this is probably the reason why the faxes are failing.
