I've actually customarily seen those quoted as 203x98 and 203x196, and
yes, I've seen a "superfine" mode on several machines that does
203x392; I assumed it was non-standard, but it's probably not that hard
to grok... at least in Class 1.  (See?  A convert.  :-)
