In the above examples, "fine" is ISO A4 @ 15.4 lines/mm, but the sendfax
man page says

                   tion  of  196  lines/inch;  otherwise known as
                   medium resolution or fine mode.

That is, the man page says that "fine mode" is 196lpi (7.7 lines/mm).
So, it seems HylaFAX does not do one of the mandatory T.30 (15.4
lines/mm for ISO A4)?
