That's known Hylafax bug. Usually it behaves so when Ghostcript (or Hylafax
itself -- I am too lazy to find it out for sure :-)) does not recognize the 
submitted data as Postscript (due to PJL commands inside etc.) and marks it
as "data" instead "postscript" in job's qfile. Then Hylafax fails to
convert them to TIFF and hangs up immediately after "CONNECT" with that
stupid diagnostics (it understands too late that the job has no data to
send). If you are trying to fax from Windows client, replace the printer
driver with "Apple Laser Writer 16/600" (for WinNT -- Win 9x has the
similar one), any all chances that the problem will be solved.

To -devel people: is there a person, who is familiar with Hylafax
queuer/Postscript stuff and is able to fix this?
