This depends almost entirely on how you define the word "same".  ;-)
You're certainly unlikely to find a fax server in HF's price class
that runs on NT.

And, not to sound like too much of a patriot or anything, if you're
letting the OS decide the application, you're going about this the
wrong way.  What are you trying to accomplish?
