Wasn't this bottom-oriented thing fixed in libtiff 3.5.5 ? Anyway, 3.5.4
was known to be buggy, so an upgrade wouldn't be a bad idea anyway.

No idea about the missing page... except to suspect that it's getting lost
in the conversion somewhere (tiff2ps again?). If you submit postscript
files for faxing do you ever lose a page? If not, then it's probably in
the conversion process to ps.

Here's a problem. Fixing these is usually done by correcting the config
file. Interesting, however, that this error does not reaccur on the next
page in the same place.
