Make sure BreakIntoCommentX is run and then Comment1, Comment2 etc should 
be defined.

...this is a fairly average way to create a cover page, i was thinking it 
might be better to just lets people predefine a cover page using a word 
processor and save it as a eps file which hylafax automatically overlays 
with each faxes sending details....it lacks as far as flexibility goes, but 
i imagine alot of people don't really care and just want something that 
works....
