[hylafax-users] faxstat -r doesn't show all the files (repost)

I repost because I'm stuck. I'm begging for some hint please.

Since some days ago faxstat -r stopped showing the new incoming
faxes. The faxes are being received and I'm able to read them but
I don't see them in the listing nor when I connect with ftp to the
port 4559.
