[hylafax-users] Access control in 4.0pl2 is completely broken

For HylaFax's hfaxd, 4.0pl2:

    root@fax 517# 517# cd /usr/spool/fax/etc
    root@fax 518# mv hosts hosts.bak
    root@fax 519# hfaxd -i 4559
    root@fax 520# ps eax | egrep hfaxd
     8186  p1 S    0:00 egrep hfaxd WINDOWID=8388624 PAGER=/usr/bin/less HZ=100 HOST
    root@fax 521# telnet localhost 4559
    Trying 127.0.0.1...
    Connected to localhost.
    Escape character is '^]'.
    220 fax.someplace.com server (HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.0pl2) ready.
    QUIT
    221 Goodbye.
    Connection closed by foreign host.

which is usable by anyone, any place.
