[hylafax-users] Problems with Hylafax under Linux 2.2.9 and 2.2.12 possibly cleared up.

Hi,

I complained a couple of weeks ago about having problems with Hylafax under
Linux 2.2.9 and 2.2.12.

I had two problems: the faxaddmodem script could not communicate with the
modem reliably and the FAX daemons could not initialize the modem to send a
fax. (This second problem seemed to be confined to 2.2.12, as the system
running 2.2.9 worked OK.)

After an upgrade to Linux 2.2.16, I can now send faxes, which makes me happy.

I have not gone back and checked faxaddmodem, as I had a manually generated
config file that seemed to work.
