flexfax: mail notification and keeping sent documents

I have set up hylafax on a small 5-node network, it sends and receives
flawlessly....but there are a couple of things i would like to be able
to do:

mail forwarding (i.e. fax is received and it gets forwarded to an email
address with an attatched jpeg converted from the .tiff file received)

more importantly i need it to store copies of faxes (along with the
time, date, and who sent it)

any help possible would be much appreciated....i have been through the
hylafaq quite a few times and find it hard to get through and haven't
been able to find the information i need except for when i was having a
problem with getting a certain unnamed <3COM> modem to work.....i've
also searched the mailing list a few times with about the same
result.....i installed hylafax using the rh6.1 rpm that was available
about a year ago.......
