Can not reach server at host "localhost", port 4559.

I have hylafax-v4.0pl2 installed on solaris 2.6.

I first set it up 6 months ago and was able to send faxes with it, but now when I go to send a fax I get the same error message I get below with "faxstat -v"

"Trying localhost (127.0.0.1) at port 4559...
Can not reach server at host "localhost", port 4559."

In /var/adm/messages it says:
May 1 14:46:28 falcon HylaFAX[21160]: HylaFAX INET: socket: Permission denied
May 1 14:46:28 falcon HylaFAX[21160]: HylaFAX INET: Unable to init server, giving up after 5 tries.

These are the fax processes I have running:
   uucp 23089 1 0 15:22:42 ? 0:00 /usr/local/bin/hfaxd -i hylafax -o 4557 -s 444
    uucp 23087 1 0 15:22:42 ? 0:00 /usr/local/bin/faxq

("hylafax" is defined as "4559/tcp" in /etc/services)

Can anyone shed any light on this? Restarting it doesn't help.
Thanks
Marina
