destctrls et dialrules

Hi, i'm still trying to implement some dialrules and a good destctrl for the
HylaFAX that my company use.

Here some question that I havn't found any answer in the man pages.

-> Is there a way that I could send the RejectNotice to another person than
the job submiter?

-> I would like my destCtrls to intercept all long distance calls and wait
after 6 o'clock to send it. I know it should look roughly like this :

	^[+]${LDPrefix} TimeOfDay=1800-0800

but i'm not clear with the syntaxe : what's ^ stand for, I think that it is
almost like the & symbol for the dialrules, isn't it?

another question, I live in a area where we have 2 area code, i.e we could
have local calls in either 450 or 514 area. My dialrules already take care
of that problem in his dialstring section,(By the way, Thank to the guy who
done it for the toronto area ) it remove all Country, International and long
distance prefix if the number is a local one. But, the destctrls react from
the canonnical number submited by the dialrules. How can i be sure that the
submited number is not a local one ???

I know i seem confuse a bit, but if you think you could help me in any way,
then i'll be an happy guy :-)

Have a good day
Merci
Roch Drouuin
