According to the IANA assigned port numbers document, it should be using
49152 upwards.

depends whether or not the client is paranoid, which is the other reason
for using a fixed port number, at least with true privileged ports.

You can still conflict with another local user of port 4558 if the passive
connection uses that port number, which I think an FTP server would do.
