Configuring Hylafax for sending pagers.

Hi everybody,
I have recently set up the Hylafax server for sending faxes under RH Linux 6.1 . It is so far working fine .
But i want to configure it to paging also .. I am totally new in this and do not have any idea about it .
Could anyone guide me how to send a pager request to the Hylafax server right frm the scratch . I have my hfaxd and faxq running
I run the hfaxd at port 444 to accept paging request . Do i have to explicitly start the pagesend program .
i have configured the modem previously to send faxes at a port .
When i do a "sendpage -p 992260744 " Text String " .. " and press enter i get the following error message
"sendpage:550 Cannot open pager ID mapping file /etc/pagermap (No such file or directory ). "
The error message is strange because i created a file named pagermap and left it empty initially but
it gave the same error . Then i entered the following entry
992260744 992260744 992260744
this is the pager number that i want to page to . It again gives the same error . I am totally new into this and do
not have an idea what to do and what to write in the pagermap. Any advice and help in this will be valuable .
Moreover i do not understand what is meant by <pattern><dialstring> means .
Also can i send fax and paging frm the same modem ..Or it is absolutely necessary to configure a new modem fr paging .
PLs guide .
