flexfax: How to correct error?????

I have been unable to send faxes from a client linux system to my linux fax
server.  I've just found that the following error is occurring but I don't know
where to go to fix it...

Error: /undefined in to\Operator

This only occurs when I send faxes from the linux client.  I have no problems
sending from a win98 client using whfc.

I'm using the command 

sendfax -d 2945958 -h leopard faxcover.ps



Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!!!
