Hi,
it is at the moment not possible as long as you use 
a passive isdn-card like the FRITZ! family.
some people have reported hylafax is working 
with the active AVM-B1, but i have no 
experience with this solution.

In German:

Hylafax arbeitet mit den ganzen passiven Karten nicht zusammen.
Manche Leute haben aber hier in der Liste berichtet, 
das sie mit der AVM-B1 Karte unter Linux mit Hylafax 
faxen können. Ich selber bin noch nicht soweit, 
werd es aber in den nächsten Tagen ausprobieren.
