What files are needed for a client only installation?
I am overhauling the hylafax RPM spec file. One thing that can/should
be done is to split hylafax into a server package and a client package.
The idea that you can install the server package on the host with the
modem(s) and put just the client package on the clients.
What I am looking for is some hints as you what files are needed in a
client only install, a server only install and which files would be
needed by both. Feel free to comment on only files you know about, I
can further test and build the complete list from various answers I get
here.
I have taken the liberty of including the file list from a hylafax
install here. If you could indicate which files you think should go
where by prefixing the filename with an "S" for server, "C" for client,
or "B" for both. Any files you don't indicate, I will assume you are
not sure about.
Much thanks. I will be sure to contribute the resulting SRPM back when
I am done.
