FAX Stuck in Send Que

I don't know what happened. Everything was working great now my faxes won't
budge out of the send queue.

Here is the output from faxstat -s:

JID  Pri S  Owner Number       Pages Dials     TTS Status
13   127 W   uucp 3590685       0:0   0:12

It just sits there... waiting for what I don't know. Can anyone give me a
clue as to what might be going on?
