Yeah, it nets too many results, some of it not helpful, mispelled, or
wrong, IIRC.

The answer for me was inserting:

    -dFIXEDMEDIA \

in the parameters for the $PS command at the end of ps2fax.

Is there any good reason this isn't already in there, at least commented
out?  Does it ever hurt anything?
