flexfax: Reducing Check of Modem !

Hi All!

I have the following problem. I'm running Hylafax on a notebook as server
using the engery saving options of the notebook. But because Hylafax is
checking the modem every twenty minutes and writing the following
information into "var/log/messages" the hardisk is spinning up every twenty
minutes:

Messages in "var/log/messages"
Jan 27 04:46:28 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 05:06:28 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 05:26:28 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 05:46:28 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 06:06:28 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 06:26:28 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 06:46:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 07:06:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 07:26:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 07:46:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 08:06:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 08:26:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 08:46:29 Fax -- MARK --
Jan 27 09:06:29 Fax -- MARK --

Is there a possibility to suppress this message or only doing this test
every three hours.
