flexfax: How to retrieve faxes with FTP

Hi,

I'am getting announcements by mail from Hylafax when the server 
receives a fax.

For example:

   Date:  Mon, 29 Nov 1999 10:49:50 +0100
   From: The HylaFAX Receive Agent <fax@hisops.hoogovens.nl>
     To:  FaxMaster@hisops.hoogovens.nl

When I try to get the fax (by double-clicking on the ftp-shortcut) I get:
Permisssion denied.

Which user-id must one have to get the fax?
