flexfax: question about FaxSend messages

Howdy,

I am new to the world of HylaFAX.
I have succeeded in installing the software
and it seems to be working fine.

EXCEPT:

When I send a fax, I receive the following
messages in the Console Window.

Oct 29 08:49:39 quark FaxSend[20038]: Unable to allocate commid: open(log/seqf): Permission denied
Oct 29 08:50:19 quark FaxSend[20038]: info/17137417: open: Permission denied


This all is on a sparc-sun-solaris2.5 system
with HylaFAX v4.0pl2
