flexfax: HylaFax send faxes, it someone calls the server.

Hello at the HylaFax mailing list ...

i want to set up a faxserver where people can get faxes when they call.
This is a very common method but i dont know the english word for this.
Germans call this one "Fax-Abruf" ;)
Ok ... here the way it shoud work :

Someone call the HylaFax server, the modem take off the phone and
start to send (not to receive), so that the caller pays the bill when
he wants to get the faxes.
